There is typically no charge for exercising your rights, though exceptions may apply for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, particularly if repetitive.   Authorized Agents (California Residents): If you are a California resident and wish to use an authorized agent to submit a request, the agent must provide proof of their authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm that you provided the agent permission.
